What an annual boiler service includes
A detailed service includes inspection of the pipe work, ventilation and clearances. The system is then inspected, cleaned and reassembled, and the boiler functions are checked for safe and correct operation. Finally a combustion efficiency test is carried out to make sure the appliance is operating at its maximum performance levels.
